Policy & Terms:

• General Terms of Service: Users agree to not reproduce or sell any part of the service, which is owned by O&M Merchandise. The service is provided without warranties, and users are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• Prohibited Items:  include alcohol, tobacco, gambling, weapons, hazardous materials, and adult content.
• Consumer Protection: Sellers must adhere to local laws regarding product recalls, including removing products and notifying customers.
• Shipping Terms: O&M Merchandise labels must be used only for O&M Merchandise orders and cannot be sold to third parties.
• Privacy Policy: Users must have a privacy policy that complies with regulations, particularly when using personal data.
• Refund/Return Policy: Users can generate these in settings, which define return windows and rules.
